This book presents an overview of how teachers can reflectively and collaboratively improve themselves using their own classroom as the locus for the change in their practices. It is based on a qualitative case study that uses four teachers in the same school to interact and exchange ideas based on an intervention using video medium to understand their practices as well as their thinking to change their practices. The book present a novel way to adopt to improve upon ones self. It is a book well structured that can be relied upon to bring about changes using a context as the locus for change.
