Beschreibung
The study investigated the relationship between personality traits and interpersonal conflict among adolescent. Personality traits reflect peoples characteristics patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Interpersonal conflict occurs when a person or group of people frustrate or interferes with another persons efforts at achieving a goal. Personality traits and interpersonal conflict may affect adolescent students psychology, which hinder their expressions and their communication skills that is most important for proceeding their life so personality traits in adolescent students should think of way and increasing interpersonal conflict.
