At higher frequencies, carefully conducted design methodologies are required for RF front-end parameter optimization, such as high power gain and low noise figure with low power consumption. This book gives a reader an insight of how to achieve an energy efficient system using network optimization techniques through co-simulation of the RF front-end components containing Ultra-wide band (UWB) 6-9 GHz antenna, band pass filter and low-noise amplifier (LNA).

Abbas Khan, born in Pakistan has received his BS degree in Electronics with first class from COMSATS University, Pakistan in 2008. He received a Scholarship from the University of Linkoping, Sweden and completed his MS in Electrical Engineering in 2012. He is an IEEE member and author/co-author of 5 research papers in the area of Wireless Networks.
