Beschreibung
Ethics is an integral part of the foundation of the nursing profession. It concerned with the education and the training process to assist nurses in developing the competencies required for responsible moral action. By learning ethics, the nurse learns the moral duties and rules expected and could be relied upon to engage in certain ethical behaviors. When such behaviors were performed, ethical practice resulted in and the nurse considered a competent or a "good nurse".
