Beschreibung
The book is a special one that tries to address the link between development activities facilitated by Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and child education. The effort made by this benevolent organizations could be the part of MDGs (Millennium Development Goals). If the livelihoods of poor households improve, they could be able to send their children to school. The other advantage of the livelihoods support is that, the family could be able to improve livelihoods. That means, the living situation and standard improves. They could be able to satisfy their basic necessities (food, shelter and cloth) plus could facilitate their living rooms with equipment like TV, Radio, Bed etc. This is in line with HDI (Human Development Index). Therefore, livelihoods support has paramount importance for the improvement of quality of life of poor households with their children.

I am MA graduate from AAU in 2008. I have also BA degree from the same university in 2000. Currently, I am lecturer and researcher in FTVETI. I am also a PhD student in UNISA. I have served as Teacher, Principal, Project, Officer, Manager, Education program Coordinator, UN Volunteer and Executive Director. I am also working as freelance consultant.
