The book is all about management of students' discipline in secondary educational institutions. It presents the findings of an empirical study carried out in all the secondary schools in Isa Local Government area of Sokoto State. The book will help the managers of secondary schools in understanding the causes of indiscipline among the students, methods of managing the students' discipline and some factors that affect effective management of students' discipline. The book is indeed a guide for managers of secondary educational institutions.

Sa'adu I. Bashar is a Master's degree holder in the field of Educational Management and Administration obtained from the Islamic University in Uganda. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, Sokoto State University, Sokoto, Nigeria.
