Autorenporträt

Philip Joseph has a PhD in Education from the University of Madras and is the Director of Centre for Educational Research in the University of Goroka. Theresa Lomoi has a MEd degree from the Massey University in New Zealand. She is a Lecturer in the University of Goroka in Papua New Guinea.
