The model has been evolved as continuation of earlier findings by Donna G.T. (2009) from the point of identification of relatedness between knowledge area and performance indicators. The attempt to establish the strength of the relationship between the KA and PI has drawn also the attention of researcher to introduce the artifact as input and performance deliverable as output.
