This qualitative research is designed to reiterate the importance of realizing that during our life span it provides a tremendous amount of learning experience and it is to an organization/business responsibility to accept new and additional material that coincide with specific subject matters that are included in this research, and in this case the medical profession. Therefore, this publication emphasizes the importance of preventing medical error via means of communication and adequate training.

Mary Jane Robinson, born to George and Marguerite (Smith) Robinson in Roanoke, Virginia in February 23, 1948 and raised in my hometown Buchanan, Virginia, gave birth to three 1 girl and 2 boys. Graduated high school in 1966 and shortly after moved to New York City to enter the workforce and worked for a Charitable Organization.
