This book represents a diagnostic manual for psychiatry showing a structured procedural approach for the patients, through stress diathesis model. The cases presented in this book reflect the entire phenomenological area of psychiatric disorders, on a large range, scrolling from nevrotic pole to psychotic intensity. Each time we highlight the personality structure that is on the base of a axis I pathology. There is a complex perspective, covering classical psychiatric diagnostics (according to published literature) conjoined with the psychodynamic psychiatry and clinical psychology perspective, seeing in this way explicative ethiopathological speculations and dynamic evolutive opinions. The center of this book is mixing the medical thinking based on psychiatric diagnostic flowchart with capturing psychical patient life in its psychoanalytical vision.
