Library and information services have dramatically changed over the last couple of years. Now access to information is not limited to what is physically available in a particular library. Information is accessible free of charge from a wide variety of globally distributed commercial repositories such as open access journals, open access archives and open course ware etc. Now libraries can provide world wide access to a never ending supply of distributed information and knowledge in electronic form that is constantly available and updated. This book provides information to resources like e-journals, e-books, directories/gateways, theses and other open access resources in pure sciences, social sciences and management. The Maris Stella Virtual Library provides links not only for the above resources but also links for OpenCourseWare and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). Dr.Syamalamba Rani, M.A (Pub.Adm), M.A(Politics),M.Li.Sc,PhD working as librarian at Maris Stella College, Vijayawada, A.P.India,since 1994 and awarded PhD from Andhra University in 2007. She has successfully completed two Research projects from U.G.C and published many papers in National & International Journals, attended many seminars & workshops
