The curriculum and teaching philosophy are live issues on education system across the world. Many stakeholders on education - in universities as well as schools- express strong commitment in reviewing their curricula and their teaching philosophy. In curriculum perspective, aspect of philosophy of teaching is very important in educational institutions. It is applied in the teaching learning situations, in conducting research activities and in developing educational policy. In curriculum practices, the teaching philosophy leads to the understanding of the philosophical issues in educational institutions. This book explores relationship between "curriculum" and "teaching philosophy" as key factor that influencing academic atmosphere among educators. The foundations of curriculum are reflected with for basis point of philosophical point of view, psychological basis of teaching learning, social and culture basis of society and consideration basis on development of science and technology. He is one of leading curriculum developers in Indonesia. He has spent his time by teaching on curriculum and instruction subjects and conducting researches as well as writing books on curriculum.
