Hospitality industry mainly focuses on hotel industry. In many countries women are not welcomed and accepted in hotel industry. In Bangladesh the scenario is not different. Women faces many obstacles in career selection and career growth. They always prefer secure and friendly working environment. In this book, it has been shown how women are breaking the gender barrier in hotel industry, how they are building their strong career and image in this field. It's not just story, it's their real life struggle and achievement. We do believe, these book will motivate many women from different countries to choose their career in this flourishing industry. Autorenporträt
Sharmin Sultana was born in Chittagong, Bangladesh. She completed BBA and MBA, in Tourism and Hospitality Management from University of Dhaka. She is a Lecturer in Southern Univ. Bangladesh. She has many publications in international journals and participated in several conferences. She has a desire to do social transformation through her research.
