This work assessment of regular development and implementation of OTM curriculum is conceived because of the commonly irregular assessment, development and implementation of OTM curriculum in the polytechnics and other departments, including institutions noticed. The truth is that, all who went through school(s) had used the curriculum or syllabus content in one form or the other. Also, people have used technologies in their various institutions of studies, they are still using and will still use in their public and private dealings as such, this work is a source of concern to and a must read by all. This piece is also based on the fact that, every learner acquires the curriculum content under the auspices of the lecturers therefore, the absolute needs for education foundational areas like; psychology, philosophy, sociology, developmental psychology of education and instructional strategies to effectively implement curriculum content of institutions to achieve national goals. A lot of educational and societal teething challenges have been adequately addressed by this work for millions of individuals and groups, so read on the content!
