Sexual and reproductive health is the most important phenomenon of human life. Parents have wrong concept that the adolescents go through the wrong way if they have got the knowledge and information of sexual and reproductive health. As well, the school teachers are also untrained on sexual and reproductive health education and think that teaching such matters is the subject of shame. The adolescents are excluded everywhere regarding SRH knowledge and information. The policy level should think about the adolescents because they are not only the pillar of the society and the country, but also the forerunners. The sexual and reproductive health knowledge among the adolescents seemed good, but the behaviour or practice seemed negative. So, the management of teachers training, provision of sanitary pads in schools, separate ward or department in hospitals should be managed to support the adolescents.
