Rudi Beiser beschäftigt sich seit fast 40 Jahren mit Heilkräutern und Wildpflanzen. 20 Jahre lang betrieb er die von ihm gegründete La Luna Kräutermanufaktur, in der er hochwertige Kräutertees in Demeter-Qualität produzierte. Sein umfangreiches Wissen über Pflanzen gibt er heute als Dozent an verschiedenen Instituten und als erfolgreicher Buchautor weiter.
