The focal idea of this book is to exhibit a system which is more usable and profitable to recognize and see the vehicle number plate in Pakistani circumstance. There are always a couple of objectives in Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system work. The troubles fuse poor lighting up, high vehicle speed and developing establishment. In this book, we propose a method where unmistakable segment planning is associated with get satisfactory results in Pakistani conditions where number plates when in doubt don't take after a standard case. The made system is attempted on a dataset containing particular size and style number plates having Latin script. The fundamental results show that our system can recognize and see by far most of the plates and can be attempted further to see the likelihood of executing it in honest to goodness condition.
