Beschreibung
Trigeneration or CCHP is one of the best efficient energy production methods. In order to set-up a CCHP system, proper prime mover technologies, heat recovery equipment, and thermal storage techniques must be selected, after which optimal design methods and evaluation assessments must be adopted. Main criteria to be considered are energy and exergy efficiencies, economic benefits, and environmental savings. With rising living standards, population growth, and increasing energy demand, trigeneration is believed to be a key energy technology for present and future.
