The solutions are very detailed and therefore comprehensible. Since the structure of the book is based on that of the textbook "Fundamentals of Technical Thermodynamics", students can work through the contents in depth and check their learning success. In the present 2nd edition, extensions and additions have been made for a better understanding of the solution paths. Numerous checkboxes and exercises with solutions have been added. In addition, the extended introduction deals with the nature of entropy and draws attention to the benefits of thermodynamics.
Autorenporträt
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Martin Dehli worked for 17 years in the energy industry, including as a department head in a large energy supply company in numerous fields of energy technology. Since 1991 he has been working at the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences in the fields of thermodynamics, power engineering, gas engineering and combustion engineering.
