This book intends to expose the readers to a new knee joint arthritis detection technique from the signal processing paradigm. As such, analysis of knee joint vibration sound, or vibroarthrography (VAG) has been introduced. Comparatively, VAG technique is non-invasive, highly accessible and more affordable than existing knee joint arthritis detection methods. In the following, we elucidated in relevant details about the VAG methods and its analysis.

Gan Hong Seng received B.Eng (Biomedical) and PhD (Biomedical Engineering) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, British Malaysian Institute (UniKL BMI) His interests of research cover MR image processing, knee joint signal processing, artificial intelligence, and medical computing.
