Rudolphe Lemmens is an agri-ecological engineer who has been farming since 1983 organically in the South of France. He has been active member of IFOAM-EU-group to establish the EU-regulations on organic farming and the French organic standards. He has been involved in the development of the French organic farmers movement at local, national and international level.
