Dr. Rias J. van Wyk is the Director of Technoscan Centre, Minneapolis, USA and Professor Extraordinary at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He has a Master's Degree from Harvard in Science, Technology and Public Policy. He was the Director of the Master's Program in Management of Technology, University of Minnesota.
