Raghuvir Pai is a Professor at the Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), India. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology under Mysore University and later completed his Ph.D. in Tribology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His postdoctoral research includes a BOYSCAST Fellowship from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, at Cranfield University, UK. He has also held research fellowships at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, and was an Endeavour Executive Fellow of the Australian Government at Federation University Australia. Dr. Pai has served in several key academic and administrative roles at MAHE, including Head of the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Joint Director of MIT, Director of the International Centre for Applied Sciences, and Director of Research (Technical). He was the founding Dean of the School of Engineering at Manipals Dubai campus and the School of Science and Engineering at Manipal International University, Malaysia. His research expertise lies in water-lubricated bearings, externally adjustable bearings, tri-taper bearings, tribology of machining metal matrix composites, nano-lubricants, and biomechanics. He has guided thirteen Ph.D. scholars, with eight more currently under his supervision. He is also the founding President of the Asset Management Society, India, and serves as Editor of the International Journal of System Assurance Engineering and Management.Gopi Chattopadhyay holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Queensland, Australia, and multiple gold and silver medals for academic excellence in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, as well as an MBA in Operations Management. With over four decades of experience in both academia and industry, he has held prominent academic positions in Australia, including Coordinator for Postgraduate Courses in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering at Federation University, Professor of Strategic Asset Management at Central Queensland University, and Head of Engineering Management Programs at Queensland University of Technology. He has co-developed and enhanced several postgraduate programs in engineering management, asset management, and maintenance engineering across these institutions, contributing significantly to the academic landscape in these fields.Anne Gibbs brings extensive international experience in infrastructure asset management, having led projects across Russia, Eastern Europe, the UK, Denmark, Argentina, Africa, Indonesia, and East Timor. Her work spans multinational corporations, consultancy firms, water boards, local governments, the United Nations, and RedR Australia. In Australia, she has served in both state and local government roles and in engineering management consulting across multiple states. Most notably, she was the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of the Victorian Division of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia, where she was instrumental in establishing and shaping the organizations strategic direction. Dr. Gibbs holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, an MBA in Technology Management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
