Autorenporträt

Sadao Kawamura received the B.S. degree in Biophysical Engineering, the M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Osaka University in 1981, 1983, and 1986, respectively. He was an assistant professor at Osaka University from 1986 to 1987 and an associate professor in Ritsumeikan University from 1987 to 1994. From1996 to 2021, he was a professor in Department of Robotics, Ritsumeikan University. From 2003 to 2006, he was a vice president of Ritsumeikan University. From 2011 to 2021, he was a director of Robotics Research Center of Ritusmeikan University. Since 2022, he has been the Deputy Director of R-GIRO (Ritsumeikan Global Innovation Research Organization) Ritsumeikan Universityin.
