Beschreibung

From the viewpoint of current knowledge the essential problems of practice are: 1.Description and characteristic of system, which has more protected assets, understood as systems, among which there are links of different nature (physical, cyber, social, organizational) and there are a variety of flows material, energy, cyber, etc. 2.Resilience, vulnerability and adaptability of the individual systems and the system of systems. 3.Determination of integral risk, because in the system it is more protected assets, which are interfaced by internal links and couplings, and their objectives are in many cases conflicting. 4.Relationships among partial and integrated risks and integral risk of system. 5.Relationships among integral risk of system of systems and integral risks of partial systems. 6.The criteria for integral safety of system of systems. 7.Principles for management of system of systems in dynamically variable world (that are necessary for the operation of critical facilities). 8.Legislation for the promotion of management of the system of systems safety. 9.Control mechanisms for the monitoring the level of safety of critical facilities. A prerequisite is system thinking.
