We have shown and expressed the need for reactive adaptation monitoring against the continuous static data flow applications which will not meet the QoS of a streaming application whos input data rate and infrastructure variability. So we come with new solution for dynamic data flow on variable infrastructure. Which supports alternate path and deadline constraint. This gives us the user flexibility to provide throughput constraint and application value. It also shown that how an alternate implementation has done such as alternate path at reactive time for dynamic infrastructure. Further it also manages the shared budget and application value with respect to throughput constraint.
