Beschreibung
The doctoral thesis covers the topic of numerical optimization of the injector geometry for a 4-Stroke Direct Injected Petrol Engine. The Optimization Strategy is based on machine learning methods applied to a 3D Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation model. The optimization results are validated by experimental measurements.
