This work was created mainly because of the need to provide medical services to an increasing number of patients due to various forms of diseases. Such scenario needs careful attention from the hospital management in order to provide appropriate services to patients. One of the important tasks to ensure efficient health care services is booking for medical appointments. With an increasing number of patients, a systematic appointment booking is crucial in order to provide an accurate and fast medical treatment to patients. Conventional way of booking appointment is time consuming since it requires patients to go to the hospital, which eventually results in an increase in cost and effort.
