Die Fertigungsgenauigkeit im Karosseriebauprozess wird untersucht, wobei der gängige Abbildungsumfang der Toleranzsimulation prinzipiell bestätigt wird. Ein Vorhersagemodell und ein Visualisierungstool ermöglichen eine wirtschaftliche und präzise Abbildung von Pressteilstreuungen. In der Geo-Station kann es zur plastischen Verformung der Fügepartner kommen, welche den praktischen Nutzen der elastischen Simulation in Frage stellt. Eine wirtschaftliche Methodik zur Simulation wird vorgestellt. The dimensional accuracy in the body-in-white manufacturing process is analysed, basically confirming the simulation scope already in use. An enhanced prediction approach and a visualisation tool enable a precise and cost-efficient mapping of stamped parts deviation. As a result of joining operations parts can be deformed plastically, questioning the practical use of elastic tolerance simulation. A modified approach is presented based on the rigid body tolerance simulation.
