Jagannath Chandra Sarkar, son of Badal Chandra Sarkar and Jayanti Rani was born in Boro Haripur, Barura, Bangladesh. He has completed his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. Currently he is appointed as a lecturer at Chittagong National Engineering College,Bangladesh.
