The occurrence of global warming and the increasingly negative impacts of climate change are forcing governments across the globe to implement measures to generate a larger proportion of energy from renewable sources. So,these days energy plays a key role in many industries. According to the International Energy Agency, improved energy efficiency in buildings, industrial processes and transportation could reduce the world's energy needs in 2050 by one third, and help control global emissions of greenhouse gases. In this book, the main steps in order to reduce energy consumption have been presented in 13 chapters. The book can use not only in dairy industry but also in many other industries, like, power plant, food industry, and building industry. It is my duty to appreciate Mr. Paydari for his great support in writing this book.

Masoud Asadi has more than 12 years of experiences in teaching and research activates in Mechanical engineering fields. He could publish more than 50 books and paper in high-quality journals. His research interests are: Heat transfer, fluid Mechanics, energy and CFD.
