Studying Geometric Correction of Satellite Images Using RPC is a part of Master thesis. RPC geometric correction is tested and assessed in three different stages. The first stage is geometric correction of satellite images using Rational Polynomial Coefficient, and then assessing the resultant corrected image with the same image corrected using the most reliable method (Affine polynomial with specific 4 GCPs). The second stage studies the refinement process for RPC model using different order of polynomial as a Complementary model in order to improve spatial accuracy. The last stage studies the refinement process for RPC model using the affine transformation best order from previous stage with different number of GCPs.
