Beschreibung
The book present a new method of lens quality evaluation by Cumulative Line Spread Function (CLSF) measurement. It done by construction an optical test system with a line source (object) and a variable scanning slit of the formed image by the system. The practical measurement result was present with the theoretical result (which calculated by using the optical design program GINII soft ware). To improve the result, it compared with previews work done by BARAKAT
