The problems of optimization of the ore mining technology by underground methods through the use of the features of natural and man-made clusters are studied. New patterns of metal extraction from tailings of non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, depending on variable parameters of ore processing were identified. An ecological-economic-mathematical model to estimate the recommended technology of metal extraction from processing tailings of non-ferrous and ferrous metals is proposed. Regularities of forming consequences of influencing mining enterprises upon atmosphere were improved with using experimental and theoretical researches for optimizing distribution of resources for prevention arrangements, which providing atmospheric safety of the mining-industrial region. Data on a role of minerals in Mankind development are resulted. Dynamics of negative consequences of mountain manufacture for environment is characterised and the mechanism of its restraint is formulated. The universal model for the description of catastrophic danger of technogenic chemicalixation of biosphere is offered.
