English for Techno-Food Processing- A practical guide for Vietnamese students offers science students a useful resource on how to use English in their disciplines in a relevant way. The selected readings as skills-integrated are specifically intended to respond to the specific needs and interests of students who wish to reach their academic goals and professional growth.The book is presented in a logical and systematic way to engage students in exploring the key aspects and technical terms of Food Science and Technology. This selection addresses the integration of English language skills into ESP learning contents. The book is organized into eight units. Unit One introduces general techniques regarding meat processing. Unit Two presents knowledge of fish processing. Unit Three discusses fruit and vegetable processing. Unit Four focuses on classification of milk processing. Unit Five provides methods of milk processing. Unit Six addresses technology of tea processing. Units Seven and Eight highlight methods for food preservation and food packaging. We hope students will find the book interesting and rewarding in their learning process.
