Dr. Chhabi Rani Panigrahi is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Central University of Rajasthan, India. She completed her Ph.D. at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Her research interests include software testing and mobile cloud computing. She has more than 16 years of teaching and research experience, and has published papers in several international journals and at conferences. She is a life member of the Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE) and a member of IEEE and the Computer Society of India (CSI). Prof. Arun K. Pujari, is a member of the faculty and dean of the School of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Hyderabad (UoH), India and has been appointed vice-chancellor of the Central University of Rajasthan, India. Prof. Pujari was the vice-chancellor of Sambalpur University, Odisha, India in 2008. Prof. Pujari obtained his Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur in 1980. He has more than 15 years' experience as dean and head of department. He has served as a member of high-level bodies, such as UGC, DST, DRDO, ISRO and AICTE. Prof. Pujari has over 100 publications to his name and has wide exposure in the national and international arena. He has published two books: Data Mining Techniques and Database Management System. Dr. Sudip Misra is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. Prior to this he was associated with Cornell University (USA), Yale University (USA), Nortel Networks (Canada) and the Government of Ontario (Canada). He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Carleton University, in Ottawa, Canada. He has several years of experience working in the academia, government, and the private sectors. His current research interests include wireless sensor networks, Internet of Things (IoT), software defined networks, cloud computing, big data networking, and computer networks. Dr. Misra is the author of over 260 scholarly research papers, including more than 150 papers in leading journals. Dr. Misra has published 9 books in the area of advanced computer networks. Dr. Bibudhendu Pati is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at C. V. Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Dr. Pati has 19 years of experience in teaching, research, and industry. His areas of interest include wireless sensor networks, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, and networks virtualization. He completed his Ph.D. at IIT Kharagpur in 2014. He is a life member of the Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE), and a member of IEEE, ACM, and CSI. He has published several papers in leading international journals, conference proceedings and books. Prof. KuanChing Li is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at the Providence University, Taiwan. He has been the vicedean for the Office of International and CrossStrait Affairs (OIA) at the same university since 2014. Prof. Li is the recipient of awards from Nvidia, the Ministry of Education (MOE)/Taiwan and the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST)/Taiwan, and also guest professorships from various universities in China. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2001. His areas of research include networked and graphics processing unit (GPU) computing, parallel software design, and performance evaluation and benchmarking. He has edited two books: Cloud Computing and Digital Media and Big Data published by CRC Press. He is a fellow of the IET, senior member of the IEEE and a member of TACC.
