Beschreibung

Opto-electronic oscillator (OEO) not only owns super-low phase noise but also the phase noise performance is of independence on the oscillating frequency, resulting in more and more attention. In this book, theoretical model of long fiber based OEO is studied, considering both white noise and flicker noise in this project, and the low phase noise mechanism of OEO is to be studied based on the high dynamic range of the microwave photonic link. The problem about phase noise damage resulting from side-mode suppression is to be studied and the structure of two-stage injection locked OEO is used to balance both relationship. Based on the method of probing signal and supplemented by constant temperature, shock proof technology, the integrated control framework of the long-term stability of OEO is to be built, and the mechanism of noise control circuit is to be analyzed and the low noise control circuit is to be designed. After those studies, we hope to break through the limiting bottleneck of low phase noise OEO and made the output signal own low phase noise, single mode and excellent long term stability.
