This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the 11th International Conference on Mobile Computing, Applications, and Services, MobiCASE 2020, held in Shanghai, China, in September 2020. The conference was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.The 15 full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 49 submissions.
