This book constitutes the proceedings of the XXX Conference on Electrical and Electronic Engineering (JIEE 2021), held in Quito, Ecuador, on December 15 - 17, 2021, proudly organized by Facultad de Ingeniería Eléctrica y Electrónica in Escuela Politécnica Nacional in collaboration with GDEON.
