Autorenporträt
Khaled Mohammed received his B.Sc. (2003), M.Sc. (2008), and Ph.D. (2012) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University, and an MBA in 2016. He specializes in SoC design, hardware emulation, and system integration, with over 180 publications, patents, and books. His research interests include 3D integration, AI/ML, and IoT, and he is a Senior Member of IEEE.
