This book is a simple and easy way to introduced the concept of Network-on-Chip (NoC), router, virtual channel, arbiter, crossbar, arbitration techniques. Text has been made attempt to help build a basic concept for design of NoC router architecture. Text has been written in a style to enable student self study. It offers VHDL tool to design NoC router and help's to analyze router architecture more easily with simulation and synthesis.
