In 1897, Guglielmo Marconi demonstrated a radios ability to provide continuous contact with ships sailing. Much has changed since then, with the global demand for voice, data and video-related services, wireless communication is experiencing an explosive growth rate. At present the number of cellular users is growing annually by approximately 50 percent. This poses a number of challenges to both governments and mobile service providers. The Mobile Network has built an average of one new base station For every few days from 1999 to 2010, and has invested billion dollars to provide the coverage that its subscribers enjoy today. This is a clear indication of issues that confronts governments and mobile service providers. The growing number of users requires increased deployment of mobile infrastructure to ensure greater. Also, the high demand for wireless communication services requires increased system capacities. There is a steady growth in required data rates as the demand for high-bit- rate service increases.
