Brain is one of the most vital organs of the human which control and coordinate the whole human system. Brain Computer Interface(BCI) allows the person suffering from motor disability to communicate with their environment that does not depend on the brains normal pathways of peripheral nerves and muscles. In this book the brain signals acquired during the mental activity is used to move the cursor on the screen in the particular direction corresponding to the imagined movement.

K.V.Archana is currently working as Assistant Professor in department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Faculty of Engineering , Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Graduated Masters from Anna University Chennai and bachelors from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology.
