Estimation of the Effective thermal conductivity of two-phase materials such as porous materials, ceramics, soils, foams, fiber reinforced materials and composites are very important in the technological development. Such substances are composed of at least two components. Two phase material have different physical and chemical characteristics. The performance of the two-phase material is dependent on the Effective thermal conductivity of the materials. For studying the effect of the parameters like, conductivity of the material of the particles, grain size and shape, contact area, concentration of the dispersed phase, radiations, pressure effect on ETC, a numerical model and theoretical expression is needed to predict the value of Effective thermal conductivity.
