This is a work about compensation the dispersion of rectangular lattice micro structure optical fiber by COMSOL v4.2 software. In this book there are details about optical fiber communication system and some basic concepts. More over, we have tried to elucidate the whole process step by step. I have completed my B.Sc from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh in the field of Electronocs & Telecommunication Engineering.Now I am doing my masters at Bleking Institute of Technology(BTH),Sweden in telecommunication systems.I worked almost 2 years in the practical field of optical fiber technology(Fiber@HomeLtd).
