The book explains a new design methodology for RC Moment Resisting frames. Resembling to new method and validating with old method. The traditional method is replaced by Direct Displacement Based Design method and the same method has been molded in Indian Standard designing flow. Multi Storey Building examples are put forward to explain and justify the concept and the same has been validate for justifying the proposal.

Prof. Alefiya Kachwala is serving as a Lecture in Civil Engineering Department at Bhailalbhai & Bhikhabhai Institute of Technology, Vallabh Vidyanagar. She did her Bachelor in Civil Engineering 2009 and Masters in Structural Engineering in 2014. She is serving as an academician since 2009.
