Core-shell nanoparticles (CSNs) are a class of nanostructured materials that have recently received increased attention owing to their interesting properties and broad range of applications in catalysis, biology, materials chemistry and sensors. This book covers the very specific area of coreshell nanopartricles incorporated in grafted copolymers and their application in gas separation process. The gas diffusion properties of various hazardous gas were discussed in the book.

Dr. Patil completed his Ph.D in the area of Polymer Science in 2008 from Karnatak University, Dharwad, India. Working as Assistant Professor, P. G. Department of Chemistry, Basaveshwar Science College, Bagalkot, Karnataka, India. His area of interest is Polymeric Membranes, Fuel Cell Nanotechnology. He worked in Qatar and England for his Research.
