Here we report, the first direct synthesis of -CD/gypsum (.Ca-H), highly ordered functional material, simply by using -Cyclodextrin and calcium sulfate. The hybrid material is distinctively aligned which reveals a drastic change in chemo-physical properties. Optical switching of a Multi Responsive Solvatofluorochromic Dye and Dye/-CD Inclusion Complex were also investigated. Dye/-CD inclusion complex molecular rearrangements by isomerozation transformations were also observed and investigated in detail.
