Beschreibung
The design and development of polymeric materials capable of responding to an external stimulus has been receiving a consistent focus for drug delivery system, protein delivery, bio-printing and tissue engineering applications. The present research works cover the general area of thermo responsive polymers/hydrogels and encompass method of fabrication hydrogel based drug delivery systems for controlled and targeted therapeutic applications.

Dr. Uttam Kumar Mandal is a professor at University School of Chemical Technology, GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi, India. He has done his B Tech and M Tech degrees from Calcutta University and Ph D from Rubber Technology Centr, IIT, Kharagpur, in 1997. Guided 6 PhD scholars and published 35 research papers in reputed international journals.
