In this book, on the first chapter discussed the DIs applied to quantify the damages to structures, ranging from zero to one to make a decision for repairing or demolition of the structures in the post-earthquake phases. And on the next expression, addresses dynamic planning and analysis of earthquake disaster relief work by analysis the disaster throughout the technical and procedural method and combine this analysis as continues assessment for better input to investigating planning disaster for discontinuous economic growth. On the third section presented, the shotcrete application for civil and quarrying constructions, ground support, infrastructure and reparation as drop loss rebounding during excavation and tunneling construction in order to control the weather and ventilation condition in the excavation, to secured the moving, flow of gas and exposed to erosion of rock in the excavation, to construct stress state and arch about excavation. Finally, the book is trying to investigate the system of chloride attack and measuring the chloride attack, as well the significant resisting techniques aside viewing significant attention toward a chloride move into concrete.

Mr Yigrem Getachew Tamiru (MSc) is currently a faculty member at the Department of Civil engineering, Near East University, Nicosia, North Cyprus. Prior to joining the university, he was a professional engineer with the private construction company, Ethiopia. He has presented academic papers at both local and international conferences.
